President Emilio Aguinaldo Medical Foundation, Inc., under the name of Emilio Aguinaldo College Medical Center - Cavite (PEAMFI-EACMed) was established on July 24, 1979 as a non-stock, non-profit organization registered with the SEC and serve as the arm of Emilio Aguinaldo College Medical Center - Cavite (EACMed).

Mission
1. To support medical professionals to enhance their skills in their respective specialties thru continuous medical education.
2. To support newly licensed Physicians in their quest for knowledge in their respective specialization thru residency training at EACMed.
3. To assist with the medical needs of our fellow Filipino here in Cavite and neighboring provinces of Southern Tagalog.
4. To find and provide funds for the Emilio Aguinaldo College Medical Center - Cavite for further improvement of their services and facilities thru its network.
5. Enhance health promotion thru public symposiums and services.
6. Conduct medical missions for the benefit of the indigent members of the community.
