1. Training Programs - The Primary goal of the foundation in terms of training is to have an accredited and operational training programs in the four major department namely:

1.1 Internal Medicine

1.2 OB/Gyne

1.3 Surgery

1.4 Pediatrics

2. Medical Equipment - This program is created to be able to acquire necessary instrument / facilities that will help in achieving the vision and mission of the Foundation that is; improved healthcare deliveries and improve training programs.

3. Human Resource - The goal is to recruit individuals to be partner of the Foundation to:

3.1. Provide expertise in delivering healthcare education and community work

3.2. Support continues education for medical / non medical staff of hospital / foundation

4. Facilities and Infrastructure - To maintain and improve the hospital facility for better health care delivery.

5. Health Care Program - In fulfillment of the Foundation’s vision, this program is created to promote social equity as an approach to provide needy patients with a safety net for them to be able to access affordable but quality healthcare services. Moreover, it aims to achieve current health goals for the prevention, early detection of disease and treatment and rehabilitation of patients through collaborative efforts of the Foundation and EACMed as its implementing / work arm. Under this program are the following areas:

6. Financial Management - To ensure proper and efficient management of funds of the foundation for proper allocation to different endeavor of the foundation.
